Change of Address form

ThinkGlobal will provide the Commercial Service with regular updates of the mailing list.

If you have several subscriber updates to make, please submit your changes as a spreadsheet, using our Excel template.

To use our Excel Template for multiple updates:

If you have many updates to make, it is easier to use our Excel template. We must receive new address information in the template format in order to add it to the mailing list.

• You must indicate the action to be taken for each address (New address, change, or remove).
• Street addresses have a limit of 40 characters for each of the three lines.
• Changes and removes should include the subscriber ID number.

Once complete, the template can be emailed to circulation@thinkglobal.us as an attachment.
